【ワクチン接種Express第16回】2023年4月以降の接種スケジュールが公開
2023年度も、すべての国民に自己負担なしで新型コロナワクチンを接種できる「特例臨時接種」が延長されるとのことだ。 12歳以上については、重症化リスクの高い高齢者（65歳以上）や基礎疾患を有する人、および医療従事者は、5月8日から、オミクロン株対応2価ワクチンの追加接種が始まり、年2回の接種が可能となる。高齢者は春～夏に1回、秋～冬に1回の接種を推奨する。いずれの対象者も、最終接種からの接種間隔は少なくとも3ヵ月以上となる。 それ以外の12歳以上の者については、2022年度秋接種開始分のオミクロン株対応2価ワクチンの追加接種を5月7日に終了する。9月以降に、年1回の追加接種を再開し、使用するワクチンは再度検討される予定。
